APPLICATION FORM
CMLL Dual BA/MA Degree Program
Instructions: Normally one applies to this program during your junior
year by doing the following:
1. Complete this Application Form.
2. Attach a copy of your current undergraduate degree plan indicating which
courses have been completed and any remaining required coursework for CORE,
major(s) and minor.
3. Arrange for three letters of reference from Faculty in your undergraduate
CMLL major.
4. Apply to the Graduate School for admission to the MA program of your choice
5. Take the GRE.
If accepted into the dual BA/MA program you will apply for a Teaching
Assistantship (TA) or Graduate Part-Time Instructorship (GPTI) during the Fall
of your senior year.
